Ordered some flowers for my Wife on a Friday. I was promised delivery the same day but it didn't happen :-( I had a voicemail but I was working till late so could not ring until the Sat morning, they apologised and said they will be delivered today (Sat) but it is now 7pm and they have ot arrived. I will now try to cancel the payment. I am furious.

I ordered flowers which were £50 with lilies and roses. What turned up were cheap carnations and 2 white roses, discussed.

I ordered some flowers in good faith that they would be delivered and look like the photo. My goodness, garage flowers would have been better. A £40 bouquet was delivered that looked like a £10 bunch at best. The photo showed Lilies, Roses, Fir Cones and came with the cheapest looking flowers that had been thrown together. There was no arrangement just a bunch of cheap flowers. I complained sent photos and they responded by agreeing I was right, but without discussion they refunded 50%. No negotiation over what I thought was acceptable. Poor communication, poor customer service and awful product!

A disappointing experience, flowers not delivered the same day as purchased (for a birthday) and no attempt to remedy appropriately. Would not recommend.

My son ordered flowers for my birthday. I felt the love. The statement from FSD stated the flowers arrived at 1.30pm. They did not. The flowers arrived after 6.30pm when we weren't in. Left on the doorstep. The flowers were not as advertised. I was told give them a couple of days they'll start opening up. No they didn't. Within a week they had died. Very angry that my son wasted his money. Avoid ordering from FSD. Not a great service and NOT worth the money.

Ordered flowers to be delivered for the specific day as it was a part of the long planned surprise. Somehow it was delivered a day earlier and that meant that all the surprise and planning was ruined. I called the company to explain what happened, while the lady was trying to contact the driver I was put on hold and then just disconnected. I called again, this time another lady answered the phone so I had to explain it all again. She apologised and to rectify the situation offered to send chocolates or take off the delivery charge. As the mistake was made by the company it didn’t feel the best way to leave their customer happy, I asked for a full refund as they by sending flowers wrong day ruined a surprise. They said that could be done only if the driver would go back and collect the flowers from someone who already got it. That is just disrespectful! So the refund was refused. I left absolutely disappointed with the service and lack of respect for a customer. Would not order from them again as they clearly don’t care.

I ordered on 30th Oct Pink perfect display and although the correct flowers were in the vase they looked as if they were just dumped in the vase with no thought given to the display .complained and they said it was in bud but even had the buds came out it would never have looked anything like what I ordered the member of staff was anything but pleasant..I WOULD NEVER EVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN NOR WOULD I RECOMEND THEM TO ANYBODY...I DID SHOW THE DISPLAY TO ANOTHER FLORIST AND SHE SAID IT WAS SHOCKING AND NEVER WOULD HAVE LEFT HER SHOP. BUYER BEWARE CHECK BEFORE YOU PAY THAT IT WILL BE LIKE THE PICTURE.OR GO TO ANOTHER FLORIST.

This is an incompetent, inefficient company unable to complete prepaid orders. They cancelled my order at the last minute and gave so little notification that I was unable to make alternative arrangements. Avoid this pathetic business!

Flowerssame day what a joke! I ordered flowers for delivery yesterday and received an email at about 4 saying flowers were delivered at which point payment was taken. Contacted recipient who had not received flowers. Contacted company firstly by email but no response . Called this morning and was advised they would check and get back. No call back but had a response by email to say sorry and flowers would be delivered as soon as possible today. I'm still waiting at 5 o'clock and they are now closed for the day. They have my money but I have no flowers. I am disgusted with treatment and will be seeking a refund. What should have been a nice gesture has turned into a nightmare.

Horrendous. Do not use this company. They took an order for delivery of a birthday bouquet and the local flower shop was closed so the order was never going to be delivered on time! They sent an email saying the flowers had been delivered even though that was not the case. When queried they insisted they had been delivered. Then they said that they had tried to deliver but the receipent was not available to take delivery of the bouquet.. Unacceptable to lie to customers like that. They delivered the next day and made out it was all sorted satisfactorily!! What's the point in delivering the next day when it is for a birthday. Disgusting to send a receipt to say the flowers had been delivered when it was impossible and then to cover themselves by lying. Will never use Flowrrs Same Day..they cannot be trusted!

I ordered flowers today to be delivered to my mother in law and while this shop was able to provide same day service the quality of the flowers is very very poor I paid extra to have more flowers put in the box and still it only contained 12 flowers. Overall very expensive for very little flowers the images DO NOT reflect what the actually flowers will be presented like! Will never order from here again what a disappointment t

Do not use flowerssameday.co.uk!! Dreadful experience: I placed an order on a Friday morning for two bouquets (total £122) to be delivered at the same address the same day. The payment was accepted (paypal) but I never received a confirmation. I then called to see if my order had been placed and was told that while the payment had been received they could not find a trace of my order. Never mind, we reprocessed everything over the phone and I thought it was all done….. Nope. 45 minutes later, another person called and explained to me that the same day (Friday) delivery would actually only happen the next Tuesday. I explained that this was very inconvenient and unprofessional and that I did not have time to cancel and place an order with somebody else, so that we should go ahead but that I would place a negative comment for their service on the net. Another 10 minutes and they called me back explaining that because I was going to give them a bad feedback, they were simply cancelling my order !!!! Do not take the risk of their unreliable service. Plenty of other very professional florists to use instead of flowerssameday.co.uk!

Very disappointed - ordered a gift basket with wine, chocolates and roses for my mum - to be delivered to the restaurant where we were due to celebrate her birthday. The order went through - all fine - then got a message that alcohol could not be delivered in that particular area. Too late to get anything else delivered same day. No quibbles about refunding me though, so that was good. However, if it's not possible to deliver something that's advertised nationally, it should not be included on the site. This company may well organise high quality same-day deliveries most of the time - but they let me down on this occasion.

I recently ordered my wife flowers for her birthday from "Flowers Same Day". Everything seemed fine until I received a call from their call centre at 14.45 saying thanks for your order but due to the fact that the shop the flowers were to be distributed from was closed so the they could not fulfil the order. My annoyance was really due to the fact that they must have known the shop could not fulfil the order earlier in the day but because they left it so late I couldn't arrange a replacement. Not the end of the world by any means its only a bunch of flowers but the wife wasn't to happy and I wasn't happy with the level of customer service I received.

I am absolutely disgusted with the company My partner arranged for them to send me some Valentines flowers to my place off work yesterday as this was our very first valentines together...He confirmed with them when placing the order where my place of work was and they and they confirmed to him that they could deliver He called the company late afternoon as I still hadn't got them and they advised that the driver will deliver them by 5pm....at 4.30pm he called again and they guaranteed the driver will defiantly deliver them before 5pm however they didn't so I went home from work extremely upset as by this time my partner had told me what was going on...however just past 6pm they had the audacity to send him an email saying that they had delivered them...NO THEY HADDNT This could of caused so much upset between my partner and me So I am Absolutely disgusted that they ruined our first valentines together

Ordered flowers as a surprise same day delivery. Emailed me at 14.56pm saying they had been delivered. I emailed back questioning this as nothing had arrived and got no reply leaving me with no idea what was happening. I tried ringing local shops to see if they worked with FSD, no one had heard of them. Got to 17.30pm and told my partner what had happened as she had noticed I was unhappy thinking I had just lost 35pounds. 10 minutes later they arrived which clearly was not 14.56pm. Emailed again asking what was going on and received 2 days later the usual standard "it's the drivers fault" excuse with no offer of compensation just an apology for the confusion. Needless to say I would not use this service again or recommend them as they well and truly spoilt what was otherwise a good day.

Ordered flowers at 8.am to be delivered before 3pm to a business address. They phoned me "driver can't make it .can we deliver to a home address". Not happy but ok. Would be delivered after 4.30 pm. Yup you guessed it . Driver can't make and be back at depot . The WORST service possible. Flower are ALWAYS for a special occasion. The service this company is shocking.

dont use this service they are horrible ordered £30 worth of flowers to be delivered same day and they never showed up. When asked about it they said they got delivered to reception the only problem with this is my girlfriend (the recipient) is the receptionist so this shows me there drivers are as incompetent as the staff working in the office. When I tried to work talk to the customer service team they were unhelpful and rude. Would not recommend them at all by the time my flower get there it would of been better to grow them myself.

Horrendous service don't use. Ordered same day delivery for my Mum who had a nasty fall. I got an email confirmation to say my order was now complete - I thought this was odd as my Mum would defiantly of called to thank. Checked with her and no flowers.....ruined the surprise and nothing was delivered. Ordered with the promise of same day delivery but she hasn't received them and no one has responded to let me know where they are? My order wasn't complete. Will never use again. DON'T TRUST. Also to add I paid for same day delivery too.....
