The wavemaster is good for punches and round kicks, but if u are a strong person, than i don't recommend you this punching bag since it brakes easily inside

Quite easy and quick to fill, good if you're a kick boxer, only problem is that it seems like when you hit it really hard it doesn't seem to have enough padding.
