Skee Morif, Brixton Overcoat

I read Brixton Overcoat on a recommendation by a friend and I found it so interesting being a Londoner since you get the sense of London as one of the extra characters in the book. There are a lot of issues in this book, especially since it's the 200th anniversary since the abolition of slavery, but Morif deals them with a lightness that you feel inspired and enlightened. I can imagine this as a film, I loved it.
