VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!the guy even argue on me on the phone, imagine that! I'm a first time customer. Doesn't even want to compromise because they printed the labels on my order incorrect and they don't even want to admit it. I will never buy another product to this company again. I even regret buying one for my son's baptism. They are not allowing the product to return and they charged another fees for the labels to be reprinted. This company should know know to value the customer, in which they do not! I will not even want to recommend this to anyone else, for sure they will also get disappointed. I should have read the reviews first before placing an order. Tsk! Tsk! Too much disappointment!

“Rude!!!”

Tried calling to inquire about some products only to find out that their "customer service line" was a voice recording telling you to email them. Decided to email them asking about their customer service line that gives you no service, a product they sell, and a shipping quote for the single "sample" item they offer that weighs 0.10 pounds they were quoting $15 ground shipping. The Emil I received simply stated "place your order somewhere else". Gladly will place my order somewhere else and just want people to know that a company that you might be trusting to provide you with items for a very important moment in life doesn't care about you as a customer or as a person and is not deserving of your money or business.

“DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, THEY DON'T CARE”

I ordered murano glass butterfly wine stoppers from them a month before my friend's bridal shower. I hadn't received them so I called, but couldn't reach anyone, so I emailed them. Then two days later, 5 days before the event, they send me an "URGENT" email saying the stoppers are out of stock. I called and asked them why they didn't tell me with more notice and they said it was the manufacturer's fault. I said it was their's, because I didn't deal with the manufacturer, I dealt with them and they should have been on top of this, particularly because the website asks for the day of the event to ensure timely service. I ended up having to pick a cheaper, less quality product. I asked if I would receive a credit for the price difference between my original order and this new order, and the rep said he refused because he was shipping it to me 2-day and needed the difference to offset the shipping price. I told them the shipping issue was their problem, and I insisted in a credit. Then the rep told me he would refuse to do business with me and hung up on me!!! DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. TERRIBLE!!!! ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE!!!

“Terrible Customer Service / order cancelled without notice”

This is an email I received from their customer service dept. after explaining the difficulty I experienced during selection and checkout - and then voided my purchase: We do not understand why you are having such a hard time navigating the website. All you need to do is search for the item that you want and when you see it, put the quantity you want to order into your shopping cart and click add to cart. Then got to the next item and do the same. When you are done with choosing the items you want to order, you scroll down to right hand side of the screen that prompts you to proceed to checkout. Enter all the billing and shipping information. scroll to drop down window in option 3, to choose your shipping method and see the shipping charge and scroll down to where you choose the credit card you want to use, enter your name as shown on the credit card, expiration date, and then submit your order. You cannot leave items in your shopping cart for more that about half an hour. If you are ordering samples of a few different items, we reserve the right to limit sample orders to 4 - 6 different items, because we cannot fulfill orders with many different items of just 1 or 2 pieces at this time of the year, since we are extremely busy for the holidays and cannot rush sample orders. “Worst online ordering experience ever!”

My wedding is about 1 month away, was undecided on favors and finally committed. Large bottles of wine with wine stoppers, ordered 100 stoppers, and was hugely disappointed with the quality. So disappointed that for the first time ever I have written a review to prevent anyone else from having a similar experience. Huge disappointment!!!

I asked to speak with a manager and he wasn't as rude, but not helpful since he was trying to say I ordered it wrong! I wil DEFINITELY NOT recommend this company to anyone. I placed my order one month before my event, and I pay 5 to 8 days shipping, I received it one week before my event and the product was wrong. They send me, something else, and I did not have time to return the product and get the right one. Customer service was terible and the e-mail that they answer was ridiculus. I seriously can't believe they have good reviews, cause I don't think they are really nice with some customers and terrible with others. They were not helpful at all with me, and did not even recognize their mistake. I do not recomend this site, I'm very sorry that I didn't read the reviews before :(

<br/>We shipped the order on time and you had more than enough time to call us and have it replaced at our expense. You waited until a day before your event to contact us via email. We asked you to call us and even offered to overnight replacement favors. You never called and we never heard back from you again.

<br/>Had you called us, even the day before the event, we would have made sure you got the correct items the next day. Customer service is everything to us and we take it very seriously.

“I ordered my favors for my wedding a month and a half...”

I ordered my favors for my wedding a month and a half early and was told thy would arrive in 3-5 business days. It wasn't until 16 days later I called and was told by Maria(only person who works customer service desk) that they did not have the favors anymore, but I could chose something else and it would be shipped that day.....well needless to say another two weeks go by and I call again...again I get Maria on the line and was told they never shipped them out and I now get them the day of my wedding...not acceptable...so I asked to speak to a supervisor and she gave the name Demitri ( no last name)...when I asked to speak to him, she told me No and that she was not going to waste his time with my issue. Well during all the phone calls she was very rude and disrespectful.
Still never received my favors, so I informed my credit card and they reversed the charge...so now I get threating phone calls from them.
STAY AWAY!!!!

Placed an order for a sample from Favor Warehouse. They charged me the next day. It's been 20 days since my order and I still havent received it. They are not picking up their customer service line and they are not responding to my emails about status of shipment. They website isn't much help either. The "order status" page doesn't really provide any useful information. I will not do business with them again. Please stay away.

Favor Warehouse send me the wrong order for the favors for my wedding. When I called them about this error I was hung up on several times. Once I finally got a person on the phone (after 2 hours of calling) they told me that the right order would be sent and arrive the day before my wedding. Well here it is 3 weeks after my wedding and the favors still have not arrived!!! I still can not get anyone at the company to remedy this problem!

I used Favor Warehouse to purchase my wedding favors and the tags to go on the favor. When the tags arrived I was very disappointed. The background is distorted and the tags are not centered. I can not use these on my favors like this. The quality is very poor and I was under the impression the tags were already punched out and of a thicker card stock. I am not happy with my purchase at all and feel I have wasted my money since now I have to find something else to use. To top it off the company is a JOKE! They never return messages nor do they respond to any e-mails. If you are lucky enough to get a hold of them on the phone, they will tell you too bad, tough luck and they won't give you a refund if they screw it up. Not only are the not helpful they are very rude. If you are thinking of using this company I beg you, DON'T DO IT!

Favor Warehouse is TERRIBLE! I placed my order over two weeks ago and my order still has not even shipped when the party is in three days. I spent two days calling, left two voice mails, two emails and when I finally got through on the phone, I was put on hold for an hour, just to be told one of the items I purchased they no longer had even though I was charged for it the day I placed my order! HORRIBLE customer service! I was told they had other similar items but of course they were more expensive and I was expected to pay the difference!

Don't order from Favor Warehouse! I ordered 2 items, and one was backordered, but it took a week and a half before I got an e-mail telling me that. I sent 2 e-mails back, but never got a response. I had to call customer service 5 times before getting an actual person, and even then I was put on hold for 20 minutes. I decided to cancel the item that was backordered and just get the other item. I had ordered measuring spoons, and when they finally came (the day before the shower) one of them was missing the largest spoon. It has been 2 weeks and I still haven't gotten my refund for the other item, even though I've talked to 3 customer service people about it.

I found Favor Warehouse to be extremely disorganized because my favors did not arrive in time for my wedding, but the day after, even though I ordered them weeks in advance. They charged me the full price, but then only sent me one! Then all they would offer is a 5% discount, which I felt was pretty ridiculous because it does not come close to the money I will spend now shipping the favors to everyone! I saw the prices and thought this is too good to be true, and now I think it was. Disappointed.
