Best Straighteners I Have Ever Had. The Plates Are

Best straighteners I have ever had. The plates are so smooth your hair glides through without snagging and adjustable temperature so you don't overheat or damage your hair.

Not Had Much Problem With These Vidal Sassoon Micr

Not had much problem with these Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Straighteners as I have very fine, straight hair to start with, but will say that they did make my hair go a bit frizzy after using.

My Hair Is Medium And Straight With A Slight Kink

My hair is medium and straight with a slight kink on top, but underneath it's frizzy and curly... you can see my frustration already yes? Haha. Well, I got really upset at the fact that I'd spend a good 30 - 40 minutes straightening it, and the second I walked out the door... the ends flicked under, the ends flicked out, the hair actually turned back into ringlets...

I would NOT recommend buying the Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Straighteners at all. They might be cheaper, but in beauty, makeup and a stuff: you actually get what you pay for. So be frivolous and splash out on the GHD's, because it will save you a lot of annoyance!

I Would Not Recommend The Vidal Sassoon Micro Crys

I would not recommend the Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Hair Straightener at all. I bought these for my mother for a Christmas gift. We have both owned several different hair straighteners, from top of the range to more budget options. These were £29.99 from Argos during their Christmas sale, down from £49.99. The price appealed to me, but also the fact they were made out of "New Micro Crystal Technology".

What a waste of money! A few weeks after Christmas I asked my mother how the new straighteners I bought her worked, and if they were any good etc. She then told me they just don't take to her hair at all. Which was weird, as all the others she has had in the past have worked. She has long hair in good condition, with a slight wave, not damaged, unruly, curly hair. I then offered her the money to buy herself a different hair straightener that suited her better, taking the Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Straightener home with me. I tried it out. My mother was right. It would not straighten my hair neither. I have very good condition, shoulder length hair with a slight natural wave. The plates were uneven and quite bulky. They took a very long time to heat up, even when I put the temperature at its highest.

The Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Straightener left my hair looking very dull after a few runs through my locks. They also gave my hair a slight kink, making it look like it had been in a waffle iron. My sister also gave them a go; she has quite straight hair, but uses hair straighteners to gain poker straightness. She also experienced the waffle effect of them.

I would NEVER recommend the Vidal Sassoon Micro Crystal Straightener to anyone.
