My Vectra 1800i came supplied with these. As a tyre, I have only one complaint. They are noisy! However, they give good grip, smoothe ride and reasonably good MPG. With trailer, 30, Average 36 to 37, On a long run through Spain upto 40. (Petrol engine) MPG calculated per tank, 350 to 400 miles per fill up. Whats more, they have lasted 28,000 Miles so far. Probably 1000, 1500 left.

Still having 5 mm rubber left I could no longer stand the original Michelin tyres, which came with my Toyota Avalon Grande. I was advised to purchase Bridgestone Tyres. These tyres are even less suited to this type of car. After some 25 % use the tyres became terribly hard and bumpy. Only halve worn I am now considering purchasing Yokohama dB V550 tyres

If you have a car with any performance potential at all fit a sports tyre like Toyo Proxes or Avon ZV3 they are a lot cheaper and they grip no point spending money on tyres designed to give you more mpg if they have you go crash on a wet corner.
