I ordered 6 balloons, 6 orchids and a Fruit basket for the 25th, my sister's birthday. My sisiter received 6 random flowers, and a dirty bag full of apples the 27th, two days late. I have to say this was the third time i ordered flowers with them, the other two went well enough, but this was really bad. They turned a nice gift into a bad, late thing. I recommend you to try other flower service.

Bad Experience!!! ordered same day delivery for Rakhi to my family in Mumbai City and till 13th Aug not delivered to my family. When I called to find out the reason, I was told the order is processed, money is taken from credit card but agents fault that its not delivered not Indiaonlineflorists!! what an answer!! start taking responsibility for your actions. I finally was so disappointed I cancelled order to which I was told it will take 15 days to put the money back into my account. This company is very unreliable!! Bad experience!

Pathetic service till date. No proper channel. They qill cancel ur order one day prior to deliver saying won't be possible that to when u try to reach them. They are not at all bothered about there customer. Disappointed by service. Please don't trust them. They are not even bothered to contact you to tell that your ordered will not be processed.

I ordered flowers and cake to be delivered on the ocassion of mother's day which was on 11th may and I had placed the order on 10th. Its still not delivered and i contacted the customer care on 11th around 2 pm asking for the status. I was told our working hours are till 8:30 pm and it will be delivered. Tried reaching them today via emails and calls no response. Just an email saying we don't have an actual update will get back to you after we know the details. Really am I going to wait for them to solve their things ! No respect for someone's feelings and horrible customer support

Made an official complaint as regards to the service we received from All India Florist company. I am very dissapointed and angry our order was messed about my mum an dads anniversary surprise bouquet was to be delivered by 10\05\14 by 2pm.Instead of receiving flowers they have a phone call from the local maali who wished them happy anniversary and said he was unable to deliver the bouquet until the evening.This most importantly ruined and spoiled their surprise.WE received no email or phone call to notify us.MOreover it is now 11/05/14 and my parents have not got their bouquet??? Their customer service is very poor when we asked for explanations we got none what so ever,no sorry or apology from staff.Take into consideration we made an international call and to keep calling from UK was frustrating and staff cutting the line off at time. bearing in mind we most definitely will not use and recommend this company again,as we do send online flower bouquets regularly. Avoid AS THIS WOULD GIVE YOU NOTHING BUT DISAPPOINTMENT. THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THERE ON THIS PLANET.RUBBISH,DISGUSTING, WEST OF TIME & MONEY AND MOST IMPORTANTLY DID NOT HAVE THE COURTESY TO APOLOGISE.

Today i have ordered a delivery at some place in india, at night they are telling me that they can't deliver them... This is not fair.. I have called them there was no response.. Worst service, please guys don't go for this.. u will get hurt very badly..

Regarding my order, I ordered for 24 red and white assorted flowers. What was received was completely different and low quality. No red roses found and vase is different and cheap. Flowers seem almost dead.never buy from here. I would rate this 0 star if I could.

Order a Nice basket of flower With a good Taddy of approx height more than feet and chocolates. Delivered was some folowers and Taddyware of size of a key chain with some Toffies.

Ordered a bouquet of their "Exotic flowers" and the ones delivered were nowhere near exotic. Even the regular bunch of flowers they delivered instead dried up the same day. A complaint written to them resulted in no follow-up action & just an apology for "inconvenience". Please do not use this site atleast for flowers since it's cheating the customers and even worse, embarrassing when you see what they deliver.

The service is pathetic, no proper response from customer care, no authenticy or guarantee of a promised and timely delivery. These are only a few points to highlight... there are many a lot to continue. All and all never order from this site if u don't want to make a clown of urself

the site is total fake, the flowers which i had ordered were pink roses of high price and the flowers which were delivered where red roses in a total different look which were not even packed proper. very cheap quality, it embarassed me in front of the the receiver. please order from know sites. These kind of sites plays with emotions and money of people. i was devastated when i lookedat the flowers

i booked my gift (flowers) on 13th Feb , till date it is not delivered . Can somebody pls suggest me what action i can take to refund my money. horrible service and basically they are cheater . never never use this service

Allindiaflorist.com, They dont even gift wrap an expensive gift. The gift i ordered was delivered to the guard of the building, without even a proper packing, and no one was informed about it, neither the sender nor the receipent...... ...... ...... ...... Complete no no to using this horrible website. It will embarass you and the receipent........ And after all this they will not even attend to your complaints..... ....... ....... ...... .... ……. Ordered a Black-forest cake to be delivered for my Dads birthday. Called ahead and spoke to someone that the cake would be delivered on time for the birthday. They delivered a cream cake (not Black-forest) with the wrong wording on it, a day late. i.e. the day after the birthday!!!! I called them to reimburse the charges. While I spoke to someone who promised to reimburse the charges, nothing has been reimbursed yet. Appalling service. Would not trust them to deliver timely for an important occasion.

I ordered some flowers and a teddy bear based on what was available on the pic online. This is what was delivered: --> A teddy bear the size of a keychain ( even the key chain had actually been torn off the bear).. --> Half the flowers were dry. It totally ruined the occasion and embarrassed the receiver and sender due to the quality..! Never ever order from them .. word to people who might attempt it int he future..

I had a horrible experience with allindiafloris.com the site which does not mention if they can accomodate same day orders or not, they took my order without checking if they can deliver, confirmed on email. and then did not respond to any of my calls or emails. After a long time whne there was no time left to book the order from elsewhere they replied saying my order will be delivered tommorow What mockery, it is my parents anniversary and they are saying they will deliver tommorow.\

Hi All,

I am highly disappointed because of the poor quality of service they are offering and the unprofessional behaivour.

They ruined the occasion by not delivering the gift on the mentioned day, and even on the next day they delivered in the evening that is after my repeated follow ups.

They also stopped answering calls from me after they wrongly claimed that the gifts have been delivered.

Even after the long delayed delivery the actual gift was changed, i ordered Roses and some cheap flowers were delivered instead.

I would advise all of you not to use there services to prevent ruining your speacial occasions.
