I Don't Think The Stated Aim Was Particularly Ambi
I don't think the stated aim was particularly ambitious. He was attempting to break 80, having started from the high 90's by practising once a week, and playing about once a week.However, some of the tips were useful, although quite a long read for a few salient points.
