Langkawi, Berjaya Langkawi Beach and Spa Resort

Expected a 5star service from this hotel, but ended up with disappointment.

It's a nice hotel, but is not being maintained properly.

The staff smiles n greets only to the foreigners n don't care for locals, do not even help carrying the luggage, no one even date to open the vehicle door when u arrive at the entrance. Really lacks the 5star service.

We mainly went there because of the sea, but most of the rooms r on the hill, inside the forest, only few rooms along the coastline, and the, rooms are far away from the lobby, n you have to use the shuttle whenever you want to go to the pool, lobby, restaurants or beach. Sometimes the shuttle never shows up, this was terrible with the kids wearing the swimming suites and specially on mainly days.

Over rooms looked clean , but has that old smell, even in the bed linen, and was dusty, they did not change our bed linen for our entire stay of 3 days.

Love this, and that was amazing resorts. We spent our holiday there, and totally satisfied. The resort was so nice with nature views, the room is big and spacious

This place is amazing. I stayed here for part of my honeymoon. The rooms are so spacious, and the staff really make you feel special. It is a big resort, so they have a shuttle service, which takes you from the reception to your room. The views are breathtaking.

The breakfast is also another level. I'm vegetarian, but the variety of food there was so much, that I was full every time. In fact, this is the reason why I put on so much weight. After breakfast, you can walk down to the private beach, it was just perfect. I would definitely go there again.
