The Hotel Is New - Newly Opened In 12 Nov 2009 And
The hotel is new - newly opened in 12 Nov 2009 and located next about 5 mins walk to Queensbay Mall.
It is near the airport but far away from Georgetown - city centre and Batu Ferringhi - the beach.
Hotel is not fully ready - still under renovation in certain floors. Swimming pool not ready. Staff also not properly trained and Car park is in a mess. We checked in on second day at 3.00 pm but decided to check out at later at 4.00 pm because during reservation, we were not informed that the pool is ready.
Rooms only have basic necessities and very small compared to similar business hotels like Vistana.
