Purchased the Brother FAX-575 because of the price point, but as soon as I plugged it in I couldn't send or receive faxes on my VoIP line. The website has no support and their office is not open on the weekends. Right now I'm in the process of boxing it back up and returning it to the store. I guess I'll have to spend a little more money to get a fax machine that actually works.
