I am in the process of taking them to court and they are well known to their local Trading Standards officers.

Many years of mobile phone ownership leads me to believe that it is far too easy to be duped by a "good deal". It is worth the little extra to pop into a local store when things go wrong. Reaching across the counter and strangling an assistant may well get you arrested, but can be good value for money.

Unlike Chatalot, I have found some other websites difficult to use, as a pensioner I don't have an extended knowledge of the Internet. Chatalot is easy to use and the detail of the different handsets helps me pick the right phone and package to suit my needs. Delivery of the phone and chip was superb. I would definitely recommend them to my friends.

The Chatalot website is very easy to understand/use, fast and has good graphics. Also had and polite helpful staff
