I bought my dress earlier this year and have to say my experience from walking into the shop 10 months ago to leaving the shop with my gorgeous dress was superb. The staff we all so friendly and even when I was getting stresses about other aspects of my wedding they were calm and reassuring. There was a huge choice of dresses and the shop is large enough for me and my bridesmaids to sit comfortably while we had our fittings. A great experience - just wish I could afford to do it every year!! (with the same groom of course)

It was my first experience of trying on wedding dresses and my mum and sister came with me, I was nervous but excited. The staff were so welcoming as soon as we walked in even though we hasn't booked an appointment they let us walk round and look at the gorgeous dresses, they said they had an appointment free later that day so we went for lunch and came back. I'm so glad we did. The sales lady listened to my ideas and made a few suggestions then let the 3 of us choose about 6 dresses ourselves. As I was trying on different styles she made other suggestions and it was a dress I would have never even thought of trying on that I bought. I am so excited, I was told I can come back and try on veils and tiaras anytime as I was so overwhelmed at finding my dress I couldn't think of accessories at the time. It will give me another chance to try on the sample too!! Thank you to the wonderful girls at Berketex bride I had the most lovely time and my mum will never forget our day out - it was fabulous!

Just had to leave a review about my recent visit to the Bertex Bride shop in Norwich. The lady that was helping me out was named Stephanie and OMG she was amazing!! she was such a lovely lady that truely helped, not in an over bearing nor pushy way but perfect!! I had previously gone to the oxford street store and was HUGELY disappointed at their lack of personal skills and helpfulness! But Steph and her colleague that day were so lvoely and welcoming I had such a good time trying on the dresses and she really listened to what I wanted rather than selling me a dress! would def reccomened this store and her for any brides to be!!

I Found my experience absolutely fantastic, the staff was so helpful and helped me find the dress off my dreams, my day went smoothly and everybody loved my dress and I felt like a princess all day...couldn't ask for better service .

I visited this store on Saturday and my sales assistant was absolutely lovely! She clearly knew all about the dresses, and what would suit my shape and tastes, which really helped me find my dress. I can't wait to get married in the dress I've chosen and probably wouldn't have even tried it on without the helpful guidance of the staff, I would recommend this store, especially to those brides to be who haven't decided on a particular style yet, because it was so good to get an expert opinion

I would just like to comment on the brilliant experience I had when getting my Bridesmaids dresses from Berketex. They were a beautiful quality and fit and the girls loved them! and the special offer they had on really helped me budget for other things for the wedding. Thank you Berketex!

I initially went into my first appointment with Berketex with some reservations because of some of the poor reviews I read on here but fortunately my experiences were to the contrary. I went to Berketex before christmas last year and my wedding was two months ago; it was a dream. My day was made even more perfect by the level of service and attention to detail that the girls at Berketex Leeds gave me. They were so warm and friendly and as soon as I entered the store for my appointment I had their undivided attention. They have a genuine passion for the dresses they sell and will stop at nothing to make sure your dress looks amazing and fits like a glove. I thought the alterations package was a bit pricey and I did get a couple of cheaper quotes but it really came in handy because it took away the stress of trying to find a private seamstress that I could trust with the most important outfit of my life. I would highly reccomend this store.

I am on a budget so picked a sample dress from Berketex Bride, Leeds and paid the alteration fee which I assumed would just pay for it to be made to fit me but the staff did so much more. My gown was cleaned, repaired (it had suffered a bit as a sample) and I wasn't allowed to take it out of the shop until the staff were satisfied they had done enough for me. I can not praise this shop highly enough. If you are in danger of getting stressed about your big day then it really helps to know you have professionals on hand helping you out.
