“Disgusting customer service”

Order paint brushes online should have been delivered last Tuesday, no show no show on weds, requested refund through PayPal. Have received three phone calls informing that the delivery driver delivered the goods NO THEY HAVENT ! Asked if they had a signature NO THEY HAVENT! On March 9th I visited the Chesterfield store and chose a kitchen. Having waited 20 minutes for a sales advisor, the only member of staff in the kitchen section was serving another customer, I decided I would be better off ordering online - the items said 7 day delivery wait anyway so thought I might aswell do it myself. “Too many people”

Visiting your store can only be described as scary. You are letting too many customers in at any one time. The customers are not staying two metres apart. People are congregating in certain non essential aisles and you are allowing it too happen. I feel sorry for the staff who have to work in these conditions and are clearly stressed and worn out. A truly terrible company that have absolutely 0 respect for customers. I bought a BBQ in their recent sale- took a day off work and awaited delivery. They decided to deliver part of the order - a cover - and not the £600 BBQ. Upon phoning them, they told me it was out of stock (and never had been in stock). Why did they just tell me? No idea how a company as big as B&Q can have such a poor website. I use my Tradepoint account many times a week and the store itself is fine, but try searching for something on the website, and Christ, what a waste of time. I read that B&Q have spent £60m upgrading their website. I can't imagine how as the site is still a frustrating load of rubbish. I am a trade customer but don't use them very often as I can usually buy the same or similar items from Toolstation or a timber merchants cheaper and much more efficiently. I find the B&Q search engine pretty hopeless and it often comes up with items not even remotely connected with what I'm looking for. Finding anything on diy.com is an absolute nightmare. The product descriptions are most of the time ridiculously incomplete and because they are, you can't do a sensible search on the website to find what you need. An example: I need some electricity cable and I'm browsing diy.com to find what I need.
