I brought the Dionysus bag from Rome in February . Used the bag twice. All the parts are falling off. I have sent hundreds of emails to gucci and sometimes they get back to you and sometimes they don't unless you really get quite pushy with them. I've never brought an item with so many users and so little care from a company. The bag has gone back to them for repairs and came back still missing parts! Taken me five emails maybe more to get a managers email . Sometimes they say sorry we missed your email and reply to only the bit that they want and forgot to send managers email which now I have . Bag was meant to be picked up again to go back so basically this didn't happen! I've used a two thousand pound bag twice ..... wow great value! Never seen such poor in organised service from such a big company. Taking your money and not bothering springs to mind . I have spent thousand of pounds as I have gucci shoes , perfumes, watches, trainers, clothes and this is the way you get treated . Poor service gucci. You should be ashamed .

I found a Gucci hobo bag by coming across an online shop www.pursefocus.com. I called the designer, and she was very helpful with ideas. I now have a wonderful handmade Gucci bag.
