I was running XP Professional for a while on this AsRock K8NF6G-VSTA board with 500MB RAM. The board died totally after not a lot of use; I think the chipset developed a fault which caused a few blue screens, after which it reported on a BIOS screen that it couldn't see a processor, even though the AMD Sempron chip I was using had never been touched.
I was never too impressed with the performance from the outset; it appeared sluggish, even compared to a P4 on a MSI motherboard with slower RAM.
The length of this board's life was fairly abysmal, and it's not a board that I'd recommend to anybody else.
If I'd have seen its performance before purchase I'd never have bought it.
