Roundup systemic action weed and root weedkiller

I used Roundup systemic action weed and root weedkiller recently on my back garden patio which was looking very sorry for itself! I am pleased to report that it did the trick and my patio is entirely weed free. It took a few days to see any visible results but by the end of the week all the weeds were brown and crumbling so all I had to do was sweep up. Would definitely use this again and thought it was good value for money in terms of the long term results.

I asked my local garden centre how to rid myself of mares tail, they sold me this product and told me to crush the weed first, to break the skin and allow the chemical to enter the plant. Fantastic advise from the garden centre and a fantastic product!

The active chemical they use in Roundup systemic action weed and root weedkiller is now out of patent and can be bought much cheaper under another name. Try GALLUP. Same stuff, very slightly more concentrated and just as effective.Unfortunately it can't be bought in small amounts for the small user. The mark-up on Roundup I found excessive.
