I ordered 3 tables. 2 were delivered as planned last week. There is no sign of the 3 rd. to date I have had no response to my queries from Furn on or from the delivery company. How to proceed?

Ordered bedroom furniture from here and spent around £150. I had to PROMPT them for a invoice. I also had to prompt them for when they were delivering the product. Once I got the phone call (a week later than they originally said) it was the day before THEY planned to deliver it and phoned me to TELL me that they were delivering it then, not if it was suitable. Once I got the delivery it was left at the bottom of our apartment building and I had to take it up stairs. I have ordered from Homebase, Ikea and other companies and they all delivered to the door of my flat. I would recommend any other company if you want piece of mind.

I ordered 4 black table chairs. Chairs out of stock. I had to pay 20 pounds for other chairs that were in stock. Waited over 1 month for chairs to be delivered. On confirmation order told We're pleased to update you that we have despatched your furniture and it is now with a courier for delivery. Your order is being delivered on an overnight service with XDP and will be delivered as discussed over the telephone. We request that you inspect the exterior of the boxes to ensure there is no damage prior to signing for them. If the exterior of the package(s) appear damaged then you must mark the paperwork as damaged. If you fail to mark the delivery paperwork as damaged and there is obvious damage to the exterior of the package then we will be unable to offer a replacement item for you and could leave you with damaged furniture which neither Furn-On nor yourself would want. I would not reorder. They are unprofessional and if u ask off item to be reassemble they won't help. If item damage they will replace item. Be carefull when ordering from furn on, you have been warned!

Nest of tables very poor quality need to consider stopping using suppliers

Ordered a Table & Chairs on 28 April and just been told that I can expect them on or around 17 June , dont believe the 14 day delivery on the web site and make sure that the goods you order are in stock with Furn Ons suppliers before ordering - not a clever experience and would not use this company again.
