Fake Website

Purchases gift for a friend. Took money, no sign of gift. No response to numerous emails. No phone number that works. Why can be done??? Absolutely appalling.

I would say they have gone bust but they still seem able to operate to be take money!

Disgrace

I ordered a bracelet from this crowd of gangsters on the 11th May and despite numerous attempts in vain to contact them I have heard NOTHING. The phone line goes dead, it doesn't even ring and I haven't received any reply to any emails. It's a disgrace that companies like this can exist and get away with this practice.

Rip Off Merchants

Ordered gift 24 April, money taken from account 25 April and still no sign. Telephone is temporarily out of order and emails ignored. Have written letter but not received a reply.

This company must be held to account so Trading Standards are going to investigate if they ignore my letter.

Does someone out there know how to get them off the internet?

Disgusted

I ordered a chain for my daughters 18th birthday on 20th april, took money on my credit card immediately but still waiting after her birthday has passed nearly a month later. No replies to emails, no phone number that is answered and so had to buy elsewhere and having loads of hassle trying to obtajn a refund via credit card. THIS WEBSITE SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN.

Doesn't Deserve 1*

I bought a silver broach and I rang to be certain of it arriving in time as I needed it 7 days later. I was told it should be fine and ought to be with me within 4 days or less. 

It didn't arrive, I emailed and received no reply. 

I telephoned and was told it would arrive the next day, it didn't.

I telephoned again as time was running out for me to get to the shops. I was told it would certainly arrive the next day, it didn't. 

I now see from my account it was actually despatched the day I needed it to arrive. 

A very poor service, I will never use this retailer again.

Great Customer Service!!!

I ordered a photo frame but hadnt seen the advertisd delivery time. When I contacted them managed to get my order rushed through so I didnt miss getting my sons christneing present. Excellent job guys.

Absolutely Disgusted

I would not even give this company a 1 star. There customer service and aftercare is appauling. I ordered a puzzle ring for a birthday present and after waiting on this ring to be delivered for about 2 weeks i checked my account on there website to see the progress. The status of my order was returned and refunded i had no idea why they had done this and they had not even contacted me. I then re-ordered the same ring and now i wish i had never bothered.. it gets worse! I paid good money for this piece of jewellery and after only 4 months of my partner wearing it, one piece of the puzzle ring snapped without even touching it or taking it apart. I sent the company an email to then be disgusted with the reply they told me to send this back recorded delivery (£5) and if the ring was under warranty they would repair it without charge only if it was a manufacturing fault ( which it obviously is) if not it would cost me. It was under warranty as i had only had it 4 months. However i recieved a phone call to say that it was due to our own fault and the ring had been twisted and forced which was totally untrue but i was made out to be a liar. I was told i would be giving a replacement ring but only due to 'Good Gesture' and they wanted to glue all 6 pieces to prevent it snapping again which is basically telling me that they have had previous comlaints and know themselve that there is obviously a manufacturing fault but cannot admit this!! I am totally disgusted as the whole idea of a puzzle ring is so u can take it apart and put it back together again. I however do not want the ring glued so basically i can expect this to happen again. I was also told that no money will be refunded for the return cost i had to pay out! I will definately not be re-ordering in the future!! BEWARE...
