Good Holiday, Lanzasur Splash Resort.

We have just got back form a lovely holiday of ten nights. The hotel was clean the staff very friendly polite and helpful. The food was good something to suit everybody. The accomodation was ok basic but good for a base was cleaned on a regular basis, bedding changed 3 times and towels every other day. There wasnt any air con which was a bit of a problem to keep comfotable through the night.

The waterpark couldnt fault it in any way, there was something to do for everybody childs pool for smaller children large slides for older children (including the inner child in the adults), lazy river for everybody, the wave pool for fun when waves on and for swimming when waves not on. Food very good. Lifeguards very observent and on the ball didnt let any pass them.

Entertainment, the team worked very hard to please both the young and old alike, they did a good job and deserved there sunday off.

The first choice excursions were very good well worth the money our favourite was the fire mountain trip.

The reps were very friendly and knowledgeable helped in everyway they could, sad to see one leave whilst we were there.

Our only gripe is with the usual sunbed hoggers round the hotel pool this was a real problem and disappointment to a lot of guests, sun lounges were being reserved all day with no one using them, all had gone by 07:30, they were putting towles on the lounges then going off to the splash park when it opened or down to the beach even some went shopping in Playa Blanca. We feel that this problem has to be addressed by strictly enforcing the NO RESERVING SUN BEDS the hotel policy stated and putting more lounges out.

Wrong Pick-up Time In Thomson Book At Reception, I

Wrong pick-up time in Thomson book at reception, it said 12 noon but it was actually 10:30am. No rep service at all, 24 hour phone number not answered, we flew out on the flight that the herons grounded at Manchester and we were delayed 6 hours, including circling for 1 1/2 hours dumping fuel. We still didn't see a rep.
