looks and sounds good but just poor service. When I went to collect my new car it wa dirty and had several faults, I asked to speak to a manager but was told he was busy, i said I was happy to wait but was then told he would have to call me as he had to go to the car auctions but would phone me later. Two weeks on my car still has problems and I have not recieved contact from any manager, even after several more calls to resolve problems I still have not had any member of staff from this place call me.......Avoid at all costs.
