I placed an order for a suit,on line for upcoming family wedding,they debited my card and heard nothing for 11 days.
I had to send an email to customer care which was unreponsive then had to phone.
I would avoid jaeger s online shopping service as its not much of a service at all,disappointing experience with a "we dont really care " attitude.

Trouser inside leg for many are at 33 inches only at Jaeger. Which means someone will need to be of approximately 5'10''to fit in. Others will require alterations, which is not very appealing. My suggestion will be to have all trouser, whether formal or casual/jeans at least on two inside leg sizes, 31 and 33. Ties could do with some change in design. Its fun to shop at jaeger and the merchandise are excellent.
