Terrible!
Item ordered on line but "not available". Paid by Paypal.
Coopers claim to have "Refunded" but it is listed in Paypal as "Pending".
Paypal advise that they must wait for the money to be released before they can progress it further and that this can take 7 days!
Coopers took the money instantaneously so they should be able to refund instantaneously. This is borrowing money without consent - appalling.
Customers Services have not responded to my complaint.

I had shopped around for a Yale wireless burglar alarm and found the HSA6200 model on their website.
Was happy with the price so I ordered online at 12.50pm on Monday and it arrived by 9am on Tuesday with their courier.
I installed the alarm with my brother the same day and it was pretty simple, I'm certainly no diy god and my brother is worse.
All in all, I'm a very happy customer and have saved the site for future shopping.

Replacement Shower Hose

I purchased a shower hose in January 2012. Unfortunately one end of the connector split which I feel should not have happend in such a short period. However I phoned Coopers and spoke to Tom who was very helpful/sympathetic and assured me replacement would be in the post next day.True to his word I received the replacement. I was very impressed with the excellent customer service from Tom on behalf of Coopers. The only reason I did not give 5 stars is because I initially had to try quite a few times to get anyone on the phone.

Having read the negative reviews about this company, I became a bit apprehensive when my e-mail had not been replied to. However, on phoning them this afternoon, they could not have been more helpful. Unfortunately the product was unavailable, but the person I spoke to was more than happy either to find out more about when the product would next be in stock or to process a full refund for me.
From my experience, I would therefore say that the highly negative reviews certainly did NOT reflect my experience with this company, and I wouldn't have any hesitation about placing orders with them in the future.

Stay Away - Terrible Experience
The website offered a fairly good deal on this product and even when you added delivery it still was great value. That's all the positive comments I have on coopers direct. They don't respond to email, countless answer phone messages or even response after speaking to a real person.
Three weeks later and still I haven't received a thing or even a response.
Looks like I'm either travelling to Great Yarmouth or looking at a formal Consumer Direct action.
Please don't go near them - my item isn't that technical or expensive and if you are looking to make a major purchase then go somewhere else, it will be worth it in the end.

Do Not Use These People, Extremely Bad Experience
ordered a shower, eventually received it over over 5 weeks later. no contact since the order date. website states to allow 28 days for delivery, i waited 5 weeks. within this time the product code had changed so i ended up with the wrong thing, spent hours on the phone waiting for them to answer, which they never did(at great cost to me) then got an e-mail, replied and didn't hear anything back for a week until i chased them. they agreed to collect the wrong item and order the one i wanted in the first place (quite some time ago now) to which payment was taken immediatley, before the wrong one has been picked up. so as it stands i am £200 out of pocket with a shower i never wanted, god only know when i'll get the refund back. they asked to refund the wrong item then take payment for the new one, yes that is fine but not now, not when the other one hasn't even gone back yet. i would avoid this firm at any cost, i only chose them as they were £5 cheaper on the product i wanted, what a mistake that was!

Avoid! Untrustworthy And Unreliable
I ordered my item a week ago. Was told I would receive an invoice via email....got none. Had no delivery date, nonindication my order was processed apart from the money was taken out my account. I emailled customer services and got no reply. Rang their number numerously but never got an answer. I needed the item for my sons room. His room is now done up without the item i paid for. They're quick to take ur money but not so quick to send your order.

Ordered and after 5 days called to chase my order. Was told that it is going to be 'a few weeks' before it is delivered. Not much good when you order 10 days before christmas!
The guy told me that they dont have the items, they just order them in when they get an order on their website. This is appalling service.
Nowhere on the items does it say that they dont actually have them so you dont know what they have got and what is 'order in', and they do not email to say the order will be delayed so you are just left hanging and the items dont arrive.
I now have to source alternative gifts right at the last minute. THANKS A BUNCH!

I found this review not helpful because it is just ranting. Buying off the internet is a notoriously hit or miss experience, even Amazon, Boots, Play etc are out of stock from time to time.
