Never use this company! I ordered flyers from them, making sure I was well within the print lines so the flyer would fit perfectly -the online proof showed it correctly. When they arrived they were unusable as the pictures on the bottom were cut off. Customer service was no help in resolving this issue. I reported them to the BBB. I received a hostile and bullying phone call from a man from Overnight Prints threatening to write bad reviews about my business! What an awful experience!

Just received 500 unusable postcards for my short film from overnight prints.com. Dark, saturated, blurry and basically garbage. Wouldn't use them to line my litter box. I immediately called them and then emailed customer service as requested and they are clearly used to this as I got a response back from their customer care specialist saying they were not responsible and cut and paste the fine print about why. Something about gamut and RGB and CMYK and other things that no one but a professional printer would have heard of. I had a friend put together a high resolution image that he said would work for postcard printing. I even paid the EXTRA ONE DOLLAR AT CHECKOUT which says they will reach out to you if there is ANY ISSUE with your order before printing. I would think that your order being unusable would come under an 'issue' but no one contacted me. I am out $58 but it's not really the money(though the money is a lot for me and comes out of a very tight budget) but the fact that any company would have a customer care specialist and yet not care if the product was not only unsatisfactory but unusable is beyond my comprehension and truly saddens me. I ordered these postcards to take to a film festival next weekend that my film is screening in and now I will have no postcards. PLEASE DO NOT USE OVERNIGHTPRINTS.COM for anything.

I had a terrible ordeal with this company. I am just a small photographer who wanted sample postcards printed. They have a guarantee about timing and quality which they seem unable to meet. My first attempt with them resulted in terribly discolored prints. After the ordeal, I had to fight with them tooth and nail to get even an in store credit, but my shipping cost was lost. Then, upon retrieval of my store credit by placing another order, my order, which was guaranteed to be delivered on a certain date due to my payment of expedited shipping, did not arrive on time. It was more than a week late, and getting it there that quickly meant literally hours of conversations with customer service representatives. It was too late for me and I had already lost my chance to sell my work. I was then promised a refund, but was granted another store credit instead. I had to spend another couple of hours negotiating with them and showing them proof of their promise. This was my worst experience ever with a company and I would urge anyone with printing needs to avoid them at all costs!

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. i ordered 50 business cards with overnight prints back in February.... my business card design was pretty plain (all black with my info in the center with a light brown filigree border around the card).
I get my first order that I ordered on 2/15 - and the cards have white boarders, and they are stuffed into a tiny envelope. Half of the cards were damaged. So I called and they said I wanted the white border, and that there was nothing they could do. I designed the card.... I think I know what I want it to look like. Then they said that since the cards were damaged that they could give me a store credit.
I place my second order on 3/7- and I used my store credit for them to be here on 3/11 and i paid 23 dollars in shipping alone. I still have not received my order. I called on Friday to see what the deal was because the tracking number never updated. I asked for a refund because I paid 23 dollars in shipping. She said you will receive your cards no later than Tuesday and you will get your money back within 10 business days of you receiving the product. So I said Great! Thanks! I called today 3/14 to see if there was any update because the tracking number still hadn't updated.
And here is where I lost it- they said that on Friday I called in and said that I no longer wanted the order. So it had not been shipped out. Keep in mind that this is all for my final portfolio for school and that my graduation depends on it. Oh, and this is all due today. Monday. SO I talked to someone in management and she said she can not give me my money back but can have the cards to me on Wednesday. I argued that I wanted my money back because I paid for 3 day shipping and it has been longer than 3 days. She said I can have one or the other the product or the refund.
So we will see if i ever get them.
JUST DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE! Pay extra to do it elsewhere it will save you the headache.

We placed two orders with Overnightprints.com for a total of 3 business cards. The front design on all 3 were from the exact same file. However all 3 cards were completely inconsistent in coloration. The solid black background on the front was black on one, charcoal on another, and looked like a marble texture on the third.
When I called to request a refund the customer service representative I spoke with asked if I submitted the file in CMYK, which I did. She apparently did not believe me and said she would have to submit a color check. She did not have to check on the file for the card that turned out looking "marbley" because that was not a color issue.
She informed me that they would be emailing me a return label to send back the cards to receive a refund. I understand that this is simply their policy, but I explained that this was an error on their end and that I, as the customer, should not have to use ink from my printer to print a return label, and take time out of my schedule to ship these boxes back. All they will do with them is throw them away anyhow! She simply insisted that there was nothing she could do. I think it sounded more like there was nothing she felt like doing.
Obviously customer satisfaction is NOT important to Overnightprints.com and I respectfully had to inform them that we would no longer be able to do business with them.

I ordered a set of business cards from overnightprints.co.uk and was surprised to find out that they were in fact printed in Germany and they were not printed overnight. I did not realise that unless I paid an extra delivery charge that my order would take up to 2 weeks to arrive! I contacted customer services who I found helpful and ended up paying the extra to get my cards delivered within a week. I am please to say that the quality of the card stock (I went for the premium) was very good as was the print quality. Would I recommend them? Yes, based on print quality, but not if you are in a rush.

Placed an order in May, when checking a month later, via phone, found out that there is a problem with the image size, so that's why they didn't print them, even though money was charged a month ago. I did provide a valid phone number, however nobody looked into this issue.
When I decided to amend an order, I've asked for a priority shipping, instead of that I was provided with priority printing(Yeah! - I mean after a month of waiting I am being charged extra for them to print the cards for me!)Needless to say that I didn't get my cards in time prior to an important conference.

Well to be honest After I read some of the reviews after I placed my order for 1,000 double sided business cards I begun to worry thankfully there was no need to at all.
Simply it took 5 days from placing the order to delivery today here in the UK and I can not fault the quality of the cards, the printing was spot on as per my own design and a good price as well and finally their service I can not find any reason to complain about the company.
I will have no problem in recommending this company to my friends.

I've used Overnight Prints loyally for years, rarely having any problems. However, my most recent order was printed and shipped far past the time they promised, and when I contacted the company to ask about it, the customer service rep was downright rude and acted as if I was at fault.
After checking my math a few hundred times, I realized I was in fact correct, and they took longer than they promised to fulfill my order, causing it to get to me a day AFTER I needed it. Waste of money.
I will no longer recommend or use Overnight Prints. I've made it a point to ditch any companies that do not do their job, or at least try to make up for it. To you (if anyone even reads this), I would recommend searching for alternatives to Overnight Prints.

I just cancelled my order with overnightprints.com. This was a repeat order. With this order, they did not notify me that they had put a hold on my order. When the order did not arrive after a full week, I tracked the order and discovered the hold - there was a problem with a file. They were able to fix the problem on their end in about five minutes. After sitting on the order for a week without notitying me (the rep said they sent an email but "a lot of times spam filter block these notifications'). They were unwilling to do more than a token gesture to help get the cards to me quickly (upgrade from ground shipping to 3-day shipping. This would not get the cards to me in time to advertise my upcoming art opening. I cancelled the order. My feeling is that, since they were able to send me an order confirmation which I received, there is no reason that they should not have been able to successfully notify me of the hold via either email or phone. They screwed up but were not willing to do cop to it or make a reasonable effort to make good. I won't use them again.

Overnightprints would like to the apologize for the trouble caused in creating an order. Usually holds are placed when cards have a possibility of printing incorrectly due to a design flaw. An e-mail should have been sent immediately right after the error was noted. Unfortunately, it did not work out that way. If possible, can you please contact us with the invoice with the issue? I do not recommend Overnight Prints! Unhelpful customer service in my experience. 50/50 chance my printing work will be completed correctly I feel. They botched an order I placed for my business and then only offered a 10% discount on future jobs to make up for it. Now I personally find it very difficult to contact their customer service. There are many other great online printers have delivered me reliable products that I am more happy with. Therefore I do not recommend OvernightPrints.com.

They answered all my questions, helped me as best they could but you get what you gave. Alignment issues were caused by the template I used, not their work. 100% satisfied, and have now used them several times.

Since I moved away from my family I've been sending the holiday greeting cards these past four years. I've tried a different online printing company every year and just this past holiday season I used Overnight Prints. I've most satisfied with this company compared to all the other ones in my past experiences. The offer high quality products at pretty decent prices. I absolutely loved my greeting cards from them and I would definitely be ordering from them next year.

Typically all single item orders that are less then 100 in quantity ship in the same type of envelopes as they one you received. We started doing this about a year or so ago to save on shipping costs of the smaller orders, so we didn't have to pass the cost onto you, the customer. Since its launch this shipping style has been 98% successful, and we have received very few complaint.
