This has got to be my worst online shopping experience. Bought and paid for a bed in December, delivery because of christmas / new year could get to February. Promised delivery on four occasions resulting in having to have full days off work on each occasion, the bed did arrive on the fourth date which was 11/03/2014. Would you believe 4 yes 4 months wait for a bed and these beds are anything but cheap to buy. Trendy offered me £50 has compensation after me complaining several times, wow really impressed lol. Once the bed arrived in lots of bits, it needed to be assembled. Instructions a bit vague but suggest it should take two people one and a half hours to put together, it took me and my wife over five hours and we thought that are skills weren't bad at this type of DIY. My advice get a bed from somewhere else,or you will get fed up with waiting and have a headache from listening to all the excuses under the sun why you haven't received it.

I contacted the website and told them what I was after, and within two days an interior designer came out to visit my home and showed me about 40 various catalogues and leather samples, measured my room, showed me where to place my furniture and advised on colour schemes. We ordered the sofas, coffee tables and sideboards, and the company kept in constant communication with us on delivery and where we were in line in the factory. Within the time quoted we had the furniture delivered and placed where we spoke about. It looks totally amazing, and all our friends can't wait to come round to visit and admire the amazing furniture that Trendy Lifestyle advised us on.

I would recommend this company to anyone seriously looking to give their home a face lift. They were even cheaper than anywhere else I had seen the items, and they had so many different pieces I had never seen anywhere else.
