The restaurant was busy which is usually testament to it being good/popular but we felt that they wanted us in and out as quickly as possible.I have eaten at many Indian/Pakistani restaurants and the food here was poor.All we could taste was the high amount of salt.
When we arrived they asked if it was a special occasion(it was my birthday,in York for the weekend).At the end of the meal they brought some ice-cream with a sparkler which I thought was a nice touch until I got the bill and they had charged me £3 for it!
Would definitely not recommend this establishment.
