This is a beautiful venue and I highly recommend it. The place is very relaxing and calm!

What a wonderful wedding venue. We recently had our son and now daughter in laws wedding and from start to finish it was fantastic. Due to morning rain the wedding took place inside,lovely. Very intimate and personal. After we went outside for drinks canapés and photos. All the time the wedding planner was around but in the background if we needed her. ALL staff were professional polite and friendly. The food was superb. The choice of the bride and groom was excellent and it was served hot and punctual . The flowers lovely in the marquee. I could go on and on as we were all thrilled with such a lovely venue and would not hesitate to recommend Mountains. Congratulations to All of you that helped to make this day very special not only for the bride and groom but for all family and friends. Thank you.

We are so happy we chose Mountains!! It was just perfect in every way. From the food to the staff we wouldn't have changed a thing. The marque was stunning it made such a difference having a venue where the bar isn't in another area so for the whole evening everybody is together. Shirley gave us a list of suppliers who they recommend which really helped, if you have enough in your budget definitely go for West end Jazz you won't be disappointed....

Thank you so much Shirley for a making my son, Sam's, 18th such a wonderful party. I didn't have to worry about a thing and Sam and everyone else had a brilliant evening. Many of the guests commented on the lovely venue, the marquee looked amazing. Thanks again for everyones hard work.

I know myself from going to weddings you don't normally get that kind of service or quality of food so I think that's why so many people were surprised. Thank you so much to the whole catering team. Very impressed.

Overall it was the most amazing day made special by the whole team so thank you all so much.

Everything about the day went really well. We loved the beautiful tall redwood trees in the grounds for our photographs and the look of the building. We went for a house wedding and were really pleased with our choice. We have had many people come up to us and say that it was genuinely one of the best weddings they have been to. The wedding breakfast with 59 people was perfect. Plenty of room for all and excellent service by the caterers. In the evening with 130 guests the dancefloor was busy and lively and the conservatory buzzing with people. We went for a screen in the corner (supplied by DJ) showing photographs and this went down really well with our guests. Shirley and Dan were really helpful all through the day and Helen's decorations were beautiful. No negatives at all. A huge thank you to all the team at Mountains Country House!

We recently got married at Mountains Country House and give it top marks all round. Finding the right venue for your wedding is key to making it a success and Mountains ticked all our boxes.

On our first visit we automatically knew the venue was right for us. If you are looking for a wedding venue that is personable and memorable, Mountains is the right choice. The dedicated team of staff are friendly and experienced. They were their to support us in our planning prior to our wedding and listened to what we wanted. On the day they catered to our every need, ensuring we had the perfect wedding day.

On a practical level Mountains is set with in its own grounds, has plenty of parking and you have the venue exclusively to you and your wedding party. The venue was the perfect size, Mountains provides familiarity and was beautifully decorated through out. The food, the flowers and the DJ were also top rate and the dance floor was packed all night, a true sign of a good party.

A big thank you to everyone at Mountains for making our wedding day one to remember - if you are searching for a wedding venue we would 100% recommend you check Mountains out for yourself.

I just wanted to say THANK YOU for such a terrific day on Saturday. Everything worked like clockwork as far as I was concerned. I was delighted with the venue and the finishing touches that you had done. We have received so many compliments regarding our choice of venue. You may have thought that we were all worrying too much at the beginning but you said you would make certain it all ran well, and it certainly did.

It as a memorable occasion for Hannah and Nick and I thank you for all your hard work in making it such a wonderful day.

As father of the groom I want to congratulate the Mountains Country House team. Of particular note from my perspective (I am a musician myself) was the most excellent West End Jazz Trio. Guests were commenting on the day of their high quality. The catering was without peer, I have never before seen such efficient unobtrusive service, nor witnessed such superb cuisine presented in such quality. I would recommend this venue, the chef and these musicians to anyone seeking a quality experience.
