This company operates out of India so they do not offers the customer guarantees that most US companies do. There is no way to obtain a refund once you have placed your order. You are stuck with the garment and in my case it looked awful-nothing like the way it was pictured on the website and fit poorly. Their only remedy-to tell me to take it to a tailor here to get it fixed. I would definitely caution anyone before ordering with them. Not worth the trouble or the expense.

This websites is terrible they called me fifty times to place my order. They had ask me what day do I want to receive my jacket I told them the 28th they said that it will be at my doorstep by the 28th. It's march 8th and as far as I am aware I still having gotten my jacket. They told me my jacket was then sent out on the 28th and said I should get it on the 7th. Then when I didn't get it on the 7th I called and they told me once again that they shipped out my jacket on the 7th and should get it in 4-5 working days. As far as I am aware they have not yet answered the phone when I have tried to contact them. I will never order nothing again once I get my jacket. That's if I get it! I do not recommend Leathericon!
