A review with a difference.

We bought wholesale goods by the full palletload from wizardprice. The goods themselves were of an extraordinarily high standard and presented very few problems when we resold them to our customers.

Wizard price were our preferred supplier when we started out in business an we were greatly saddened when they succumbed to the credit crunch and became insolvent.

We wish them all the very best for the future and hope they can recreate themselves when the current recession ends.

Bought two items both arrives on time, seemed good people to deal with left review for 42" Plasma this is for the stand amazing value class and bleck 100 pounds every where else the same was over 200 pounds

The service and product I received was one of the best i have ever had. They were quick efficient had great customer service. They even called to check that the tv is running ok.

Wizard Price.Com www.wizardprice.com are okay to buy from. They are good on price, have next day delivery and always on the end of a phone.

Having ordered the Breville JK134 Cordless Jug Kettle at a bargain price of £9.99, I expected a next day delivery service considering the price for postage costs was £8. The item arrived three days later and contained a broken piece of plastic inside the kettle which was returned at my own expense paying £6.45 for postage. It was not worth the money or the hassle.

I will not be returning to Wizardprice.com and found it much more worthwhile shopping on the high street or other websites.

Prior to placing my order I contacted Wizardprice.com 2nd April to verify that they would provide a next delivery service for the £9.75 postal charge for a car radio cd player as I required it by the 4th April.

I was promised next day delivery. The next day arrived and I waited and waited, but no package was delivered nor the following day (04/04/07)! I contacted and spoke with them and they apologised for the non arrival and promised me a free upgrade.

Upon my return to my home address after a 4 day break I found that I had missed an attempted delivery from Citylink 05/04/07. I therefore collected the package myself to avoid any further delays.

To my disappointment it was not the promised upgrade! Citylink said they had attempted to deliver at 1815hrs 04/04/07 whilst I was at home and on this occasion left no delivery note...but that's separate issue.

I am pleased with the item in question, but disappointed with Wizardprice.com, had I known that they could not deliver, I would have shopped elsewhere.
