I pulled in at Cornell Webbs Automotive with a "noise" and was told it was my water pump - was then advised to take it back to Goodyear because water pump was put on last year - went to them and asked them to stand behind their water pump - was told there that it was a rod and I needed a new engine and not to drive the car! - Took the car back to Cornell Webb and had it repaired - it was really just the water pump, and Cornell dealt with me personally and gave me the old one so I could confront Goodyear - after a whole lotta phone calls and letting them know how unhappy we were they are now going to make things right. Cornell Webbs willingness to help me just because I needed help, and their honest straight forward service was very impressive - they now have a new family of customers and I will recommend them to anyone who needs any work done - they saved me a bunch of money when times are rough.
