I tried Cyclone from Maximuscle as I had read a lot of good reviews about this supposedly best protein/Cretin shake that money can buy. However I was not overall impressed with the results. I felt it gave me extra results in certain areas i.e the arms & shoulders. I also felt it made me gain extra weight in the stomach area & I was running 20 miles a week as well. And of course there's the issue as with all Maximuscle products that there are just two expensive.I feel my money could be spent better, next time I'm looking for a Protein shake I will be looking to spend my money elsewhere.

This is supposingly the best over all protein shake in britain. well basically. No. Its good but personally after trying it it lacked performance and results were not great. Personally what i would suggest to any new comers who are thinking about starting bodybuilding, or simply want to build a better body is if you are a skinny physique then buy a quality weight gainer first until you are quite big and then use a protein shake to tone up and define your muscles. Please understand, these supplements wont work overnight. Rome wasnt built in a day and the same applies. Any supplement is only truly effective when following excersise and a good diet.
