The cashier was not friendly at all. I was first in line and three girls came, she took them first. I told her i came first. When she was ringing my order, she was like banging it putting to the box. My dress fell down onthe floor and she didn't pick it up right away. It took like 1 minute or so before she did. I can prove it if there's security camera there. Worst thing cuz it is my birthday today and she just ruined my day. She shouldnt be working in this type of work if she doesn't know how to handle customers well. SHe was so mean!!!

I am reviewing product number 910012766970 - Crochet Back Flutter Sleeve shirt.

I have bought many products from this website and after purchasing this one I will not be purchasing anything else from them. This product was poorly made. I bought this shirt in January, 2011 and did not wear it until May, 2011 because it's a dressy shirt and I was saving it for a special occasion. This shirt has an elastic band at the bottom and when I first put it on I noticed the elastic was coming unraveled along with a lot of the threading. When I washed it the next day I carefully followed the directions on the tag because it is 100% rayon. I really did not want it to shrink because it's a very cool shirt and I'm a poor college student and cannot afford a lot of nice clothes. That is why I buy from Mandee. They have affordable nice clothes. Well, it shrunk a lot. I read the return policy online and since it was not within the time limit of a refund or store credit I emailed customer service hoping they would make an exception. They sent me a generic email with a customer service number. Calling the number was a huge waste of time. She just told me what I already knew about the return policy. The tag was wrong so I believe that I am entitled to an exception of their return policy. Horrible customer service. I will not be purchasing anything else from this company.

I love the Mandee clothing store so much! It has great clothing for juniors, and I can ALWAYS find something to buy every time I go there. This store has jeans, tops, pyjamas, lingerie, dresses, shoes, accessories and many other things! I highly recommend this store to juniors.
