Puerto Del Carmen, Beatriz Playa

We just came back from Lanzarote on 7 Aug 15 and stayed at the Beatriz Playa Hotel. From the off set the staff were very friendly and checked us in. They offered us dinner as we got in on a late flight And presumed we would be hungry. "We really were" !!! Took our luggage to our room and then ate. It was late so we slept. Very comfortable beds, beautiful balcony. It took us half of the following day to find our way around as it is very big hotel with shops and restaurants on site. Really lovely friendly atmosphere. Clean rooms everyday. Food was lovely and a huge variety, different specials everyday. 2 massive swimming pools and lovely surrounding. Our kids as well as Us enjoyed our stay thoroughly, made lots of friends. Really really would recommend the professional on site photographers "Imaginary Picture." They made us a whole cd of pictures from underwater to the pretty gardens and then the sunset on the beach pictures.,beautiful wonderful memories by 2 professional friendly photographers. Thank you to them and their little cat "Marikeeta" who was fun and cute. Overall I would rate the hotel 5 star as our stay there was comfortable and memorable. Thank you to all the helpful staff.
