They would not pass a legitimate offer to a vendor, which could be your one and only offer for months! Do you really want an agent that doesn't accept or pass on offers, which in this case, was cash offer? Probably you don't think this is right as you are paying them. Well I suggest you vote with your feet and go to an agent who serves your interests and passes all legitimate offers to you and not give business to ones that believe they are more important than they are. This is the solicitor’s job, I’m a cash buyer and you've just lost an offer by me to buy your house days after it went on sale.
