On Saturday I Went To The 10th And Final Year Of D

On Saturday I went to the 10th and final year of D:Persuasion, and it was excellent. Set in the Castlefield area of the city it was central to get to and held thousands of people. However the site is a bit tight to house all the stages there was a music spill if you were stood at the back of one of the stages.

I took not only both my kids but also my nephew to this festival and at £3 per adult it was a bargain. There was 200 bands playing over 11 stages so there really was something for everyone. I found though that the friendly relaxed atmosphere was the highlight which lead to us leaving after 11 even with the kids. It was not without it's pitfalls though there was the usually queues at both the toilets and bars but as a festival veteran this was fine and the staff where also very helpful and information with one security guard even giving the kids earplugs as we watched Maps front row. All together this will be an event sadly missed by the Mancs.
