Motorquote Direct Car Insurance

1 - They use a 0844 number and it costs to call them and they won't give you an alternative number.

2 - I have never waited less than 20 minutes to speak to someone. Despite being #1 in the queue per their voice system.

3 - I am then put on hold for 10 minutes at a time whilst they check on something simple.

4 - They did not act on information I gave them - I had to chase them to get resolution.

5 - They never call you back, you always have to call them again (another 20 minutes hold time).
