t ried to insure on line and found a waste of time. trying to make payment was useless even though they had my full card details it would not accept payment. was given telephone number and spoke and everything was done expertly exactly as an insurance company should work. I f your directors had any sense scrap the internet take on more humans and you would quadrupal your takings.

The go compare site said I would get the courtesy car and key insurance included. Well, I didnt, so for the £358.00 quoted I ended up paying £394.00, its a bit naughty.

The renewal price I got was the best. The online reviews are terrifying. I am reduced to hoping I don't have to claim.

When taking out this insurance online as most customers will do, you will have to agree to a CPA - continuous payment authority - which allows Zenith to renew your policy automatically next year unless you intervene. The payment process indicates that you must call Zenith if you don’t want the CPA to be applied automatically or you can pay by direct debit - but no direct debit option exists In their online form. It would suit most customers to have the option to opt out of the CPA in the online payment process and many will not notice they have agreed to it. CPA’s are a great way for companies to keep charging when most customers will want to review their options in the market place. The onus on the company should be to request from the customer permission to charge rather than request the customer to stop them charging. It’s just where many insurers sit these days and it feels all wrong.

I received a great price for car insurance but contacting Zenith by telephone was a very drawn out frustrating process.

I received the quote and was happy to pay the price I full as I did not want to do a direct debit. Yet I was still required to provide my account details to set up a direct debit for future payments, what these future payments are I have no idea. Anyway I do not like this and will be cancelling the direct debit which has been set up etc... Also I received the quote through Compare the Market and it was highlighted that there was a courtesy car, I haven't seen that this is the case on my paperwork, but that my be my mistake and not Zenith Insurance.

Got this insurance throught MoneySupermarket online. My old insurance company had upped their price by about £100. I was happy enough with the price and had selected all that I wanted with the policy eg, windscreen cover etc. I then decided to buy online and everything went fine. Then I printed off my Certificate of Insurance and found that it didn't have "Main driver allowed to drive a car not belonging to him or hired to him" which has been of every policy I have ever had. I contacted the Zenith through an online chat and ask if this could be added to my policy and the guy said they couldnt offer it which was very disappointing. I only wanted it as very occasionally I would drive one of my sons cars. It would have influenced my decision to buy the policy if it had stated this on their website when I went to it to buy the policy but it didn't not that I could see. Apart from that it was a reletively easy website to use.

Saved me a wedge of money on my last premium, took first payment 20 days before the agreed payment date. I guess what they give with the left, they take with the right.

Just taken out car insurance with Zenith and received my certificate of insurance only to find that I am unable to drive any other cars on my policy, called customer services and they can't even do it as an add on because as a company they don't do it apparently, so am stuck with this insurance for a year. I drive my partners and sons cars and they now have to add me to their policies as an additional driver. Really not impressed as it said nothing on the application!!

Although the process of arranging insurance was easy. The price was also very competitive. These were the two reasons I went with Zenith. Although the insurance advisor was pleasant, I didn't feel I was his priority at the time and felt that I was the one prompting him to ensure I had the correct insurance package rather than being offered a range of products to meet my requirements. I hope my future dealings with Zenith are better.

I only went with this company as it was the cheapest , my only fault is they do not send paperwork , its all online on your account , which to me is a pain having to log in

I got fully comp insurance but it doesn't cover me to drive other cars at 3rd party if the other car is insured that's the only fault I have with it. I think they need to look into this. The reason I tuk the policy out is this year I have to pay monthly and it was the cheapest option

Simply called to let the Company know I changed address. Apparently by just changing my address the policy was refused however I could restart the policy which could have resulted me losing my no claims bonus. Said I would call back to think about it. Spoke to another extremely helpful lady. She tried again and explained sometimes the system is not always correct. It did work which meaning my policy was still continued. All of the sales team need to make sure they are doing this as I felt this was very unfair the first time I called. Especially after being told that I would lose my no claims when starting the new policy with them.
