The team are very professional and have the human touch instead of passing to different department.

They returned calls when they said they would, the table arrived as promised - on the date. The progress was updated often as I needed the tables urgently, so it was reassuring, The price was very competitive without the need to barter.

I wanted the tables in 2 weeks and she tried her hardest to get it instead of saying it will be 4-6 weeks like all the other firms that I tried. I was dealing with the same person from the beginning and even the delivery driver was well mannered and in contact on when delivery will be(instead of it can be anytime between 9am - 6pm).

I can't thank them enough and I don't normally write letter as I am so lazy but that team deserved it as they work so hard to please me as a customer.

After a lot of discussions I was helped to make the right choice of furniture for my business. If you want reliable service and quality goods then I recommend you give Richard & Company furniture store a call.

They were willing to go the extra mile to make sure I got my order in on time.

I found the website user friendly, delivery dates agreed as required. I was totally satisfied with all aspects of dealing with Richard & Co and would recommend them to colleagues.
