My order was delivered today and I was not happy to see one of the senior

bags had been exchanged for an adult one. When I placed the order the dog food I required was in stock, I received e-mails indicating there were 2 x senior coming. even on the invoice in the box. I'm not a very happy customer and cannot recommend them.

Yes I read your terms and its says they can exchange an item, but I did check your stock and I only required a senior diet.

I did E-mail them some time ago but didn't have any response.

As there was clearly a need for a senior diet they could have at lease contacted me first.

I Ordered nearly £100 worth of James Wellbeloved cat food pouches from this company.

Firstly the order was delayed and I only found out after chasing them.

... But secondly, when it did arrive, it had been so poorly packaged that the parcel arrived broken open and half the contents were smashed up.

I contacted them by email to advise them of this and sent them photographic evidence. All they were interested in was how many pouches were damaged so they could make a claim off of the Post Office. There was no mention of replacements or refunds.

When I told them that I should like 4 out of the 16 packs replaced as they had been damaged and that I wasn't confident that the pouches hadn't been punctured or perforated, I was met with an out right refusal as it is "their company policy" only to refund items where the food has leaked out all over the order.

On top of this they looked like returned items as they had differing price tags and some of the boxes were sellotaped up.

I shall not be using this company again and I could only recommend them to my WORST ENEMY.

I feed my dog a combination of ZiwiPeak and Orijen and they carry both at competitive prices. They are completely dedicated to providing the best possible customer service and I have never had any problem whatsoever. The reward point are a great feature too. If you are looking for high quality pet food and accessories then there is nowhere else you need to look. I really can't recommend K9 Capers highly enough. :-)

The service and delivery is excellent. Everything is well packed and arrives in perfect order. I use Arden Grange and think there pricing is excellent. Have bought cheaper from a competitor and it arrived promptly but the contents were 'dust'. Well done K9 Capers for quality of goods, services and delivery.

When I log onto the web site I would like an order to pop up with my previous orders there for me to delete or leave as appropriate

K9 Capers? Let me count the ways I love you. There's Kira, Dax and Seven. They are three sisters who simply adore the (non-Borg) cubes of compressed grass I pop into their cage when I get my delivery from K9 Capers.

Then there's Corriebun and Whiskers, Pixie and Dallas. They particularly enjoy the cage treats that they can chew for hours. Makes such a pleasant change from the sides of the cage!

And let's not forget Mad Max, Psychobun, Madison and Gromit. They've been looking at the site and rather fancy some brand new water bottles and maybe even some corner poop trays.

It's really all there, easy to access and at a good price. I (mere human) love the variety of food that I can send for and being short and weak (swoons in a girly way!) and having trouble hoisting 15kg bags of bunny food onto my slender shoulders to take them round to the garage, I love that I can have the deliveries taken straight there by large husky chappie. Convenient; good prices; excellent delivery and a great variety of food, treats and sundries. What's not to love?

I been using k9 capers for some years and wouldn't change, there prices are excellent, including reward points, always on the end of the phone, if you need them with very helpful staff and advice. There delivery they offer is excellent, they keep you posted when your order is being delivered and give you a 2 hour slot, which is an extra bonus. They send you offers by email and have an huge variety of dog products. They are so good I now order for my two dogs, my daughters dog and now my friends puppy. I never had any issues with them and find them just too good to bother going elsewhere . I challenged anyone to find Arden grange dog food cheaper elsewhere
