I was a little apprehensive about booking such a complex holiday over the phone and thought I should be face to face with an agent but went ahead a did a phone in anyway. best thing I did. right from the start we were made to feel special. our travel rep was so helpful and had lots of info to help us with decisions. we decided on a week in floridqa and weeks Caribbean cruise. we were given advice on our week in florida , on the hotels to book and the Disney tickets. car hire was sorted for us as we needed it for the week and also for 1 day after our cruise. we flew with virgin which was lovely. the cruise was out of this world and everything we were told it would be. royal Caribbean freedom of the seas. again our rep was spot on with his info and help. my family and I cannot wait to book with cruise 118 again. absolute value for money and we will be going away soon you can guarantee that. thanks to all at 118 .

My car broke down on the way to hospital, i used 118118 for the first time, they put me though to breakdown recovery, they were out in half an hour and even dropped me off. Thanks 118118, used it a couple of times since.

118 118 are an excellent service, when you consider just how many people they have to deal with (people with different dialects all over the UK & immigrants). Charging 85p initial charge plus 35p per minute (from a BT landline) thereafter isn't that bad. If you know what you're looking for they'll find it for you straight away and if you can't afford to be connected to a number it's quite simple you just say:'no thank-you'when they ask if you would like connection and then just listen to the number. They're extremely efficient and friendly!

i think 118118 rock theyre 79p for the call and 29p per min and u dont pay for connection great customer services

I used to have problems with the 118 118 directory enquiries service soon after 192 went away. I now have an excellent accurate service form them, and I think it is better than the old services. It is a few pence more, but it works better, so I am quite happy.

Called 118118 for a number but I wasn't sure of its exact location. I was turning up for a job interview and thought I would find it. It was in a small town in West Wales. The 118 118 person found the company I was after and also gave me driving directions to get there. Can't fault them! Other companies would have just given me the number and that's it, but it's nice to have someone who will go that bit further for you.
