All i can say is that this is a non-biased review as i purchased my wedding dress from here but my bridesmaid dresses from a different shop and have been able to clearly see the differences in compentency,customer service and general telephone etiquette.

The service I received was phenomenaland I was made to feel at ease through each stage of my purchase. This included searching for a dress, fittings and collections. They have an organised approach which leaves you feeling less stressed.

The selection of dresses is also impressive as they are priced at different end of the spectrum.

A great website that gives insight into some of the styles of dresses they have which gave me a great feeling before even going there for the 1st time.

I would definitely recommend Brides by Losners (Stamford Hill)to any soon to be brides with ease.

I came across losners when I was near the area, so glad I did the service was brilliant. I had only a few days to pick a dress for my civil ceremony and losners did just that. I discussed what I was looking for, tried a few and found the perfect one. The turn around time for the alterations was amazing. I was kept informed by phone calls and during fittings until the dress was perfect, all in a matter of days. Plan to use losners again for my wedding party part 2 next year. :) many thanks to the person we dealt with who was great!

I would like to say that I had a wonderful service last Friday from your staffs. They are good, helpful and gave me the best smile! Especially Dermet, she has been very patient and encouraging towards me. She made me happy with my dress; she also makes 100% sure that I was satisfied with my dress! Basically she is fantastic....Many thanks to all the staffs...

After attending numerous bridal shops & trying on endles amounts of dresses, I decided on Losners in Stamford Hill.

From my first appointment I was treated like a princess. Nothing was too much for them. I was met with a one to one service by a lovely assistant and was made to feel so special.

After some disastrous appointments with shops i have chosen not to name, this was such a delight.

On my second appointment at the shop, which was some weeks later, once again the service i received exceeded my expectations. I received a telepone call the night before confirming my appointment and that the dress samples I had ordered in were ready and waiting for me. Again I received a one to one service. There was no pressure on me and I was not rushed into making decisions. I tried on numerous veils, tiaras etc... the same two dresses over and over and the consultant Anne had the patience of a saint. She was extremely helpful. I really could not have asked for more. I ordered my dress and left as one very happy and content lady.

My mum and sister were with me, and felt exactly the same.

I have read lots of reviews on here regarding the treatment received after the sale of the dress....so watch this space! But I can honestly say that from my experience today, I find that hard to believe.

As another reviewer has previously said Losners treat you wonderfully until they have your money and then they really don't care. There was one problem after another...appointments not made correctly, wrong size bridesmaid dresses being ordered etc. I was always assured someone would call me back to sort things out but they never do and you have to chase them. A senior member of staff asked if they could have the spare sashes that came with my flowergirl dress (paid for by me) so they could sell them. Needless to say I kept them! I was very happy with my dress on the day but would much rather have gone to a more professional shop for it where they wouldn't stress me out so much in the run-up to my big day.

I called to make an appointment, I was welcomed by Demet and she was amazing!!

She made me feel comfortable, waited as long as I needed to make up my mind and after I made up my mind and ordered the dress I changed my mind and asked her to bring in another dress I saw on one of the designer's website, which she gladly did. After we had the dress I needed several alterations (4-5) to make it look perfect, all free of charge. I guess I must have been a real trip for her, but she was very kind and helpful all the way to the end! I choose this place because of the service! And I was told I looked pretty on my wedding day. Amazing shop, amazing staff! Just thought I would let everyone know just how good they are. I had the best service the staff made me feel welcome and relaxed. Thank you to the girls who I noticed work very hard to make every customer happy including me. I didn't feel rushed they spent as much time as I needed and were happy to make any alterations and when I wanted something changed last minute they did it while I waited.

I was lucky enough to have a fantastic experience at Losners mainly down to a girl that works there called Melissa. I met her at the National Wedding Show where they have a stand set up and straight away she looked after me despite it being crazy with Brides popping in and out of the changing rooms! I had pretty much already chosen my Maggie Sotterro dress before at other bridal shops but they happened to have it there and offered it to me for an amazing price with accessories thrown in as well. So I put a deposit down and made an appointment to see her properly to complete the order. She took my measurements and reassured me that it was the right dress so I paid the rest of the deposit.

On the negative side I then got four separate phone calls from staff at Losners telling me I needed to pay the rest of my deposit as soon as possible and this was AFTER I had already paid it! I had to get really annoyed on the phone to stop it from happening. I don't think the communication between their two stores is very good.

After waiting longer than expected for my dress to arrive when it finally came in Melissa let me know straight away and I was able to book in for a fitting no problems. My first and only fitting was fantastic and I didn't need any alterations done at all as Melissa made sure it was ordered to my measurements with an extra 5 inches added to the length! She really was amazing and looked after me throughout the whole process so if you are going there I highly recommend requesting her.

I visited Losners after visiting about five other bridal stores and i must say i have had a wonderful experience!!! i highly recommend the store, the staff are very friendly and helpful. thay have a wide selection of dresses and their dresses are in good condition.

I visited losners in september, i was made to feel welcome the moment i walked through the doors, I speak turkish better than i speak english, I was delighted to be welcomed by a turkish speaker and they seemed to have assistants that speak all languages!. Always a smile for all my fitting and i have since taken two friends, and we have all been treated the same. my fiance and some of the ushers say that their menswear (Tux n' Tails) proved a real hit with the men!
