Great site for advice...especially for such a stressful subject that can be such a grey area

I wrote to ask if I cam get a mortgage based on my recent circumstances. The reply and advice was excellent Worth reading the posts on the forum if you need advice from real experiences. I can't think of any dislikes, in any event it did not cost me anything to ask. I would recommend this site to anyone who needs assistance or just somewhere to air their views.

I really cannot praise this site and all its posters highly enough. It has been an absolute god send during our iva. I have learnt so much, the information knows no bounds. I visit on a regular basis because it's so very interesting. What is also very helpful is that this site also has people that work for debt companies giving advice, I have found all of them to be totally unbiased too. The site moderators are second to none, most, if not all have been on this debt pathway, their personnel knowledge is limitless. A massive thanks to each and everyone for making my iva journey that much easier and never feeling alone.

I have completed my IVA yet I still come back to this site for help and advice as throughout my IVA the level of help, knowledge and expertise is second to non. The professional response to my questions is outstanding and also seeing the experiences of other folk is very useful and also comforting. I would have been lost without it and though fortunate to be on the other side of my troubles so to speak I still actally come back now and again as things crop up. I think this site should win awards !!!

Great website which also assists those on the other side of an IVA ie a Creditor. Particular thanks to McCambridge Duffy for their reply and the advice in the follow on phone call to them.

Cannot rate this site highly enough,posted a question which made no sense to me and within an hour I had a straightforward,no gobbledikook response from a member(you know who you are and THANKS).IVA`s are confusing enough so this site cut away any confusion and really helped straighten me out. No doubt I`ll be back with more questions now I know where you are. The fact that queries are answered by real people, with first hand experience of IVA`s makes this site stand out from the rest, would be good if practitioners pointed prospective clients to this site to allow them to make truly informed decisions.

I have fully complied with my IVA over the last 6years. There are many complications, frustrations, up days, down days along the way. Whenever a question pops into your head, you can guarantee a fair, experienced response and advice to it on the IVA.co.uk website. There are many links to useful pieces of legislation, information and access to practicing experts. I have never had a bad response and on my down days it has made me stronger in seeing the rough times through to the end.

I called as there was a technical problem with the website and I was unable to post a question. The gentleman I spoke with was very helpful and unable to fix the IT issue, found a solution by posting my query himself whilst noting my email adress so all responses would be flagged to me. Half you through writing this review, I have received 2 expert responses to my original query as well. An incredibly usefulresource with very helpful staff.

At the end of last year I realised I needed to get something done about my debt. I struggled with this on my own and once I bit the bullet and made my first contact I started to feel a bit better. I did finally get an IVA sorted but thenI found IVA.co.uk and felt I had found some friends, even though I have no idea who they are it is a great source of information about any aspect of debt/money worries. I regularly log on and read the posts and sometimes comment to give strength to others who are in the position I was in last year. A great source of information and hope.

This site is like your best friend throughout an IVA. Always supportive in your darkest hour. No question is seen as silly or stupid. If you are asking it then someone else is thinking it. If you wake up worried just log in to the site you will be surprised who will respond at all hours.

This site is an invaluable resource for anyone in or considering an iva. The support and guidance given are second to none.
