If you want to wait weeks for your item to be delivered then shop at your peril. They cannot fulfil the delivery times they state. I have been ordering from Pura for years but the service recently has become really poor and I'll be shopping elsewhere from now on.

I will use their service again. As my daughter has eczema prone tye skin, I can not find suitable skin care products neither at supermarket nor in the high street shops.

I have been shopping from them for about a year without complaints and they regularly have special offers. I like them as they only stock 100% natural skincare.
