I Have Had The Aquadial Prismertec Water Softener
I have had the Aquadial Prismertec water softener for a year now, its really easy to fill up and set. I has made such a different to the scale and scum marks in my bathroom - reduced the amount of cleaning I have to do by half!

I Have Had My Aquadial Prismertec For Over 8 Years
I have had my Aquadial prismertec for over 8 years now and apart from a slight blip (spring on flapper valve broke) it's never been serviced, it still produces soft water.

Have had this water softener since 2001 and covered ever since on the Aquadial extended warranty at £39.50 pa. Has proved to be a very reliable product, only recently requiring its first repair since new. Have always found the technical dept at culligan to be very helpful.

The Company Seems To Think That A Months's Wait To
The company seems to think that a months's wait to fix a broken machine under warranty is satisfactory! This makes it difficult to give any rating for value for money or overall rating seeing as it will not be working for 6 weeks out of it's nine month life.
