Having worked with the Downtown Subaru team for over 15 years with different vehicles, I have to say that they are simply the best team to work with. The are friendly, forthcoming with information, and demonstrate a genuine interest in ensuring that my vehicle is ready for anything.
The team makes solid recommendations when service is required, including various price options, or if the service is even needed base don my driving habits.
Overall, there is simply no other place I would go for Subaru service!!

Having been a satisfied Volkswagen driver for over 20 years I can not believe that a request for assistance in writing to the manager of service at Downtown Fine Cars went unanswered, and the Area Service Manager just referred me back to the service manager at the dealership.
A second visit to the dealership produced similar results, a bill for over a thousand dollars for minor service (including a seatbelt that was jammed although it has never been used, still billed to me for the fourth time), and generally a feeling that there is no goodwill at this dealership nor any care for long term clients.
Were it not for the convenience of this location and the fact that I work long hours and can not easily use another dealership, I would go elsewhere. However I guess I am hostage to this service group for the moment.
