they have a horrible customer service. I wanted to speak to the manager and they said that the manager is not going to give me a call back as this is not their problem- terrible customer service and very disappointed that the manager she refused to speak with me. The person on the phone raised his voice and he was very irritated that i even called- will not ever buy things online as they are not helpful at all even when it is their fault. They have delivered to a wrong address and on top of that i have stated that i need my items in the next few days as leaving in holiday- stated that is not their problem and said that i have to wait and they will decide later on- Guys, the customer service is so horrible and i have spend around £50 for 3 pairs of shorts and now I am at loss due to them and they even refuse to speak to me

Hi, I have reported poor customer service to bull ring store and the manager is not returning my msgs.. I keep calling the store and either no answer or manager is not able to take my call.. I'm not happy as I have complained about poor customer service and still getting poor service.. I brought a dress in sale marked as £15 but when I went to the counter I was told its full price and I can either take it at full price or leave it.. I had to take dress as I had a funeral the day after. I was discussed that I was spoken to this way and when asked for management I was advised that I can speak to manager if I come back the day after.. Yes funeral day.. I have called up and spoken to team leader who passed my details over but unable to answer phone due to me bein at work.. Hour after I kept calling but no one answering the phone. I have called & left msg 4 times and still manager not returning my call. I want my issue dealt with!!! If not I am happy to post my thoughts everywhere..

So I saw a dress I really loved online. I couldn't find it in my local store so I ordered online. I will never ever order online from this shop again it was an absolute joke. First it was to take between 3-10 working days. After the 11th working day I emailed miss selfridge. They emailed me back saying they have refunded my order and it would be back in my bank between 3-5 working days. I didn't ask for a refund I wanted the dress I had ordered but apparently they couldn't arrange for that to happen. And I was annoyed at this appalling service so I said I'd take the refund and spend it somewhere else! But after the 5th working day, I Still wasn't refunded my money. Never shop online with them they are an awful awful company when it comes to online shopping and resolving customer issues. I won't be shopping with them again.

Ordered my item on 01/09/14 and still almost two weeks later have not recieved this item. I called them up yesterday and they informed me that I would have it within 48 hours and recieved an email stating this this morning. At 3pm today I recieved an email telling me that they had lost my item and that they could not send me a replacement (which they did still have in stock) and that if I still wanted it I would have to buy it again myself. Waiting 2 weeks simply for a winter coat is quite simply unacceptable and the fact that they wouldn't send me a replacement is ludicrous, they obviously never sent the item in the first place and simply want to cover this with excuses. Will never purchase online again which is a shame as they do have lovely clothes.

My grandaughter orderd a £135 watch from them (a lot on money for an A level student) on 30/6/2014. It never arrived so we rang them & after insisting on speaking to a supervisor they admitted they could not supply & would refund the money within 5 working days. Today 2/8/2014 all she has recieved are excuses & claims they have sent the refund. Nothing is in her bank, she is a teenager that has saved for weeks for this item. They are a multi million pound business & nthey cannot even repay £135 that they shouldn't have taken from her card in the first place. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY they are little better than muggers.

I sent 3 items back to Miss Selfridges,I was refunded for 2,I have emailed & written many times & they ignore me,I have just been on the phone for 14.5mins,no response.I WONT give up,Obviously a member of staff has stolen the bikini.I will never order from them again,I have also written to Arcadia,but still no response.

I ordered a white and black maxi dress in a size 14 for a wedding I was going to and when I received my order a size 10 green short dress arrived I rang and had to wait ages for them to answer and they told me to take it back to the shop and they would do me a refund I had to drive 20 mins away pay £2.30 to park and waste a hour of my time as someone could not be bothered to put my correct dress in my package also they told me I would have to re order all over again why when all I wanted was to have my correct dress bad service for such a large company.

I wanted to order online, but the coupon code I used was not working. I contacted them about it and received an automatic reply that I would receive a reply within 48 hours. After 3 days I still hadn't received a reply, but I did however receive spam on my phone!!! I am appalled by this business. Your personal details are obviously not save with this company. I probably will not order here either. The prices for their clothing are quite expensive as well. If you can shop in store, you're better of. Don't order from them online, read the reviews.

Ordered on Xmas day 2013. Package arrived but I wasn't home. Attempted contact with the courier 3 times, each time a CHILD answered the phone and was unable to tell me when to contact/ provide alternative number. As a result my parcel was sent back. I have received 3 confirmation of refund emails dated the 17th and 23rd of jan (x2), but still have received no refund. Livid. Something needs to be done.

I was ordering plenty of items for Christmas at Miss Selfridge. It never arrived. I was writing several emails, then somebody replied to me, that it's not their fault, the items were 'probably lost' and I should deal this with my local post-office. I live in Prague, I was ordering from 15 stores from UK and every single items arrived, just not the items from Miss Selfridge. So I wrote another email to them, this time they hadn't even bother to reply. CUSTOMER - BEWARE !! My clothes NEVER ARRIVED to me. Don't buy online in this store, they are acting beggars like.

I placed an online order for a dress I wanted from works Christams do. All the Miss Selfridge stores had sold out of my size so I paid £115.00 online on the 23/11. To this date I have still not received the dress nor have I received my money back!!! I complained to Customer Services on the 2/12 and I have received email responses from 4 different people, each time telling me I had to wait another 3-5 working days! It's nearly been a month since I first placed my order and I am £115.00 out of pocket and to be quite honest no one at Miss Selfridge seem to care. I am absolutely fuming and most certainly will never be using their online service EVER again!

I received an email saying I had placed an order for 52 pounds, addressed to my name. I called them straight away to see if someone had been using my account and credit card. The girl dealing with me was back and forth from the phone not saying much for a whole 20 minutes and I was calling internationally. What a waste of time and money. However the most annoying thing is that when she couldn't solve my query at the end she hung up!! There was no call back. I have also sent them two emails and not heard back yet. Although I expected a delay with the email not the call. I still worry they have processed the order my credit card balance has not been updated yet. TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!!!

I have ordered coats for winter online as it was coming up to November getting cold... I ordered a few as I didn't know which one I liked and cannot try them on it store as they never do my size. I have ordered these coats over two weeks ago and still had no delivery. I have contacted missselfridge them selves twice who don't seem to respond at all!! The track my parcel has returned and delivered written twice on different dates. I will be ringing them again but am not hopeful I think they provide an awful service and don't seem to care about it!! They have taken the money out of my account which has left me out of pocket and still wearing an autumn jacket. I would not recommend this service to anyone at all and will deter people from ordering from them!

Online purchase- An order of mine was delivered to the wrong address and I was told by their customer service team that a courier would be sent out to retrieve the parcel and if they weren’t able to retrieve the parcel then I would get FULL refund. A week later I was now told that they do not send couriers out to retrieve parcels and I will not get mu money back! I am now £69 down and Miss Selfridge will do NOTHING about this! I am appalled do not understand why I was told this in the first place! Will NEVER shop with them again!

i brought a pair of shorts costing £55, wore them once, and the beads started falling off one by one. by the end of the evening the shorts had frayed beyond salvation. my cat could have sewn those beads on better. Cheap, poor quality, and expensive. These clothes wont last longer than a day. Sort it out!

placed a order this evening for a pair of shoes costing £23.95 I attempted to place the order twice before the website allowing me as it told me my card was declined . on the third attempt it accepted . I had ONE confirmation email advising on my ONE pair of shoes on order. Yet when i went on my internet banking it had charged me another TWO times , with it being so close to pay day i was left with only the remaining direct debits due to come out of my account tomorrow ! but it has taken all of my money with only one confirmation order. I am so disgusted with this website as like i said it told me on the other two occasions my card had declined !!!

I returned three items back on the 18th June.. and I am yet to receive a refund. I have tried to email them to ask when the funds will be credited back and never had a response, just generic emails. I have also called every day this week numerous times, never been answered apart from today - however I was on hold for 20min. The lady advised me that my refund was done yesterday and the settlement date is today - I work for an online company and this isn't the case. I have also never receive a refund notification via email. I asked for an ARN which is a number that allows your bank to verify the transaction and track the progress... Miss Selfridge was unable to provide me with one.. To me this all seems that my refund has not been processed. I have requested a call from senior management by 5pm today or I will raise a charge back from my card issuer and seek advice from trading standards. If I would of had the time to go in store and return my items the money would of been in my account by now - shame I work full time and dont have the time to do so! SHOCKING SERVICE SAVE YOU TIME AND MONEY AND GO ELSEWHERE.

Each time I have attempted to order with next day delivery the parcel has been late, which is extremely disappointing. Unsure as to why they are unable to deliver on time but it is extremely frustrating and a waste of money. It is a shame as I love the products but unfortunately will not order with them again.

I have had similar issues with them. Their service is absolutely terrible!!! Click and collect never arrives on time and customer call centre don't really care and are fairly rude. Awful customer service, shocking that it is part of the Arcadia Group.
