New parking arrangements confusing as area for customer parking not sign posted clearly enough. Went into staff parking area. Prefer car parks where cars are returned to a smaller collection area.

Knowing that most people use GPS it would be better to give coordinates or full address. When i followed postcode I was lead to pick up carpark on Bristol Airport. The signs on the roads were obstructed by busses and lories and instructions on what roads to follow as given in email are useless when driving. Also the helpline was "busy" and with over 10 p per min price it is too steep considering that it was really needed. Otherwise ths price, booking ease and parking lot were good enough to recomend to anyone.
