I wrote the first review. Wonders never cease, I was phoned today and they are going to replace the fire,always give credit where its due.Still taken 2 months and a fortune in phone calls though. Best if you judge for yourselves ............. P.S. This is a known fault on this model !!!!

After 2 months of not working and endless calls to dimplex, with not one returned phone call, I will never buy any product that is associated with this company again. The worst I have ever experienced. You have been warned. !!!!!!! I've been forced to give one star ratings on certain fields otherwise it would not accept this review. They do not deserve even one star for durability,SERVICE & SUPPORT, or value for money.
