Hotpoint Ultima WT721

Dont touch hotpoint unless you get an extended warranty, when it reaches 12 months they just want loads of money to repair! The are made by Malone NOT Hotpoint.

Hotpoint Ultima machine developed problems after 2 weeks and still not been resolved. customer services are poor and seems like only interested in delaying the inevitable refund i expect as the only solution to my situation.

My Hotpoint Ultima WT721 is 16 weeks old and has already had a new motor and module at 11 weeks. I am now waiting for the engineer to call again for same problem. I am already 100.00 out of pocket through lost wages having time off waiting for engineer. With 29 years experience of using and buying machines this is the worst by far.

I found the Hotpoint Ultima WT721 to be very unreliable. I have had the engineer out 5 times since I purchased the machine in November 2006. They have replaced the electronic timer twice and the machine still keeps stopping halfway through programmes or refusing to start. Do not buy.
