I've had this iron for about 18 months. On the down side it it is difficult to clean, requires filter replacements regularly and has now packed up. The iron comes on however it leaks steam from the base. I wish I'd listened to the reviews I'd read previously and forked out a little more and actually bought a more durable iron!!

Although I thought the Russell Hobbs 12978 I was purchasing would suit my needs. I have since found out that to balance the housing unit on top of my ironing board and keep the water container slotted into position is almost impossible.
